Welcome to the website for Christ Church CE Primary School, Leigh.

It is a privilege for me to be the Head Teacher of such a wonderful school.  Visitors regularly comment on the warm welcome that they receive from this very special community that has at its heart a deeply caring ethos.

We are committed to providing the best possible learning environment at Christ Church to ensure that the achievement of every single child matches their potential.

Christ Church Primary School News

Our new Fun day Fridays start the first week back after Easter. If your child normally has a packed lunch, but would like a school dinner just send the money in that morning and they will be added to the list. The menu can be found in School Dinners.
Please note that dinner money is only £6.30 and snack money is £1.35 (for 3 days) and is payable on the first day back after Easter.
Thank you to everyone who supported our Easter Bingo. We raised just over £190, which was fantastic. Pictures can be found on our Friends of School page under the Parent Zone tab.
  • ACTIVE KIDS 2014
Just a reminder to keep sending in the vouchers for Active Kids
Thank you to all those who came to share our Easter service in church. It was a special time for our school community. The service was built entirely around the children's ideas and it was full of creativity and perceptive observations.
